BUYER REBATE Use us when you buy a home and receive a rebate of up to 50% of our commission. Home sellers normally offer a buyer’s agent commission to the agent who brings the buyer 2.5% – 3.0% of the purchase price.   Your rebate will be 1.25 – 1.5% of the purchase price, use the money to pay for Escrow, Inspections, buy down your loan rate, requiring you to bring in less cash to close escrow or whatever you choose!   You’ll work directly with one of our agents who will provide you full service representation and guide you through the process of finding and buying a home.

Once you’ve found a place that catches your eye, we’ll look at comparable properties in the area to help determine a purchase offer. Then we’ll negotiate on your behalf with the seller to make sure you get the most favorable terms.
It’s our job to look after your best interests, and we will do so at no cost to you as a buyer, and receive 50% of the commission!   When you close on your home you will receive a rebate of 50% of the commission we receive for representing you on the purchase of your home.
