Aside from providing the most current statutory disclosure forms, We go several steps further in making sure that my sellers are protected. These steps could include supplementary disclosure forms, general and specialized professional inspections, and written narratives.


Multiple Listing Service
Once listed, information about your property is immediately available to over 8,000 agents with qualified buyers throughout Hawaii. Just like traditional offices, we share the commission with MLS agents, so they have the same incentive to sell your property as all other properties in the MLS. The cooperating agents earn the same selling commission they are accustomed to receiving because the Hawaii Real Estate Team absorbs the “discounted” portion of the total commission.
